Welcome to a calm, curious and creative space, I am Annie, a psychotherapist, creative consultant, and researcher of life.

I have worked  with people from all walks of life from individuals at the top of the creative and corporate industries and the wider community, and on projects that have spanned across fashion, film, theatre, dance, art worlds. My practice helps clients foster creative curiosity, new perspectives and experiential approaches to facilitate transformation, growth and connection.

I see all spheres of my work with individuals or larger creative projects as an opportunity for research into the relationship with our experience of life. A playful sense of what we choose to costume ourselves in supports our point of perspective and heightens what is felt in the expression of a moment.

I love to work with those whose creative curious self is itching to be found. Maybe you have followed the rules to succeed and yet never got the opportunity to live life from your own perspective. Maybe feeling anxiety or the weight of experiences, gets in the way of being yourself or making the choices you seek in life. Maybe like me you have Dyslexia and want to make sense of life with a fresh understanding of owning your sensibility in a world where the majority has not seen through your eyes.

I am a forever student of my own life and love to help others become an expert in theirs.

Ways to work with me:

I offer one to one sessions, courses, practice, space for research, inspiration and exploration.

My research continues in supporting our mental health.
